📌This week-long youth exchange will unite young people and group leaders from Poland, Georgia, Armenia, Lithuania, Spain, and Ukraine to explore how creativity, empathy, and active citizenship can foster refugee integration and social inclusion. Through interactive workshops, arts-based activities, and intercultural dialogue, participants will share experiences, develop innovative approaches, and build lasting partnerships. Together, they will gain the tools, skills, and inspiration to challenge stereotypes, empower communities, and lead positive change across Europe.
