📌The program’s main goal is to strengthen your capacity to work effectively with teenagers on these issues, bringing preventive education closer to those who need it most.

🎉We invite you to take part in a meaningful journey: a week-long experience filled with engaging, non-formal learning activities designed to equip you with practical tools and approaches for use in your youth work.

👉plan to have a week divided in two parts. In the first days, we will facilitate

👉a set of activities and tools that are validated through our experience in

👉working with teenagers, methods that explore emotional literacy and behavioral

patterns. In the second part of the TC, you are invited to test your

👉facilitation skills by creating and delivering one workshop to your

colleagues.  

❗For 7 days, 21 youth workers will discover min. 12 working methods suitable for small and large groups. We will have consistent debrief on the working methodology. Topics covered: development of addictions, cycle of addictions, principles of prevention work, design of methods, local transferability, relational hygiene.
