📌The "GrEEnspiratiON" Youth Exchange project addresses the critical environmental we live in and the social challenges that’s happening around us, focusing on waste management, sustainability, and cultural exchange. With the planet facing mounting issues due to increasing consumption, the project aims to inspire young people to become advocates for sustainable living.
Our objectives:
Creating an inclusive space for young people from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas and skills on sustainability and waste management.
Teaching practical skills like upcycling, repurposing, and redesigning materials to reduce waste while encouraging innovative approaches.
Combining environmental action with outdoor exploration through activities like area clean-ups during hikes and eco-trails to raise awareness.
Promoting sustainability and solidarity with the "Swap Shop" concept and events like clothing swaps and zero-waste workshops.
Documenting and sharing project outcomes via digital tools to inspire broader sustainable practices.
Exploring the possibilities of the Erasmus+ program as a platform for cultural education, youth mobility, and the promotion of sustainable lifestyles.
PROFILE:
• be willing to contribute to the fullest
• be motivated to try out new methods and tools and apply them with their target groups;
• be fluent in English;
• fully participate for the whole duration of the project;
• be ready to engage in all activities.
• be aware that Youth Exchange is not a holiday but a learning experience.
