📌The online training activity aims to support and build the capacities of organisations that actively participate in volunteering actions within the European Solidarity Corps, ensuring quality and impact in their respective projects.
❗Objectives and benefits of the training course👇
👉Foster understanding, awareness and commitment to core quality criteria of the European Solidarity Corps
👉Build up competences on how to design and implement European Solidarity Corps projects with a view to quality
👉Ensure clarity and support on how the programme works formally: opportunities, guidelines, structures, priorities, rules, and procedures
👉Give space to participants and their organisations to express burning issues and needs and offer support where possible
👉Foster a supportive community of organisations involved in the European Solidarity Corps
👉Awaken the learner within
👉You are invited to take part in an online training, designed not only for your individual learning but also to benefit your entire organisation. ❗The training starts with a kick-off meeting on October 1st, followed by asynchronous training tasks on the HOP learning platform, which you can complete at your own pace throughout October.
❗The core of the training includes five half-day, real-time sessions on Zoom, taking place between 13 and 17 October. ❗These include four sessions for you and one session open to other members of your organisation, too.
👉To complete the training, you'll continue with follow-up tasks and self-paced learning on the HOP platform until the end of October.
